Rio Grande Plan Walking Tour

In celebration of the Rio Grand Depot’s 115th
birthday, Via Rio Grande will be hosting a walking
tour of the area.

Planned Stops and Highlights:

• The Gateway – Reflect on the area’s past, present, and future.
• Rio Grande Depot – A vision for a cultural and community hub.
• Viaducts & Rail Yard – How infrastructure shapes development and access.
• Salt Lake Central Station – Station history and design challenges.
• 600 West Crossing – The Folsom Trail, daylighting City Creek, and key connections for SEG and Power Districts.

This event will be free, but donations are
